Happy Monday everyone! Today’s post is my first attempt at using a tripod for taking my outfit pictures. Using a tripod has always kind of intimidated me (and let’s be honest made me feel a little silly), but at a certain point I just got sick of being on everyone else’s schedule. All said and done, I think I started getting the hang of things towards the end, give or take a few framing issues ha. As far as my outfit goes, I’ve really been inspired by all of the white on white I have been seeing lately. I’m also a sucker for a great bootie like these ox blood ones from ShoeMint. I have had them on serious repeat ever since they arrived.

I pulled out my tripod today too for the first time! I can't wait to share the pictures. It's a brand new background. And it took me some getting used to too. With nothing in the picture when I was focusing it, sometimes I turned out a little blurry…still need to figure that out.
I love how you're wearing white for fall! The oxblood booties give the look the perfect cold weather touch.

Good for your for taking your own photos – I really admire anyone who is able to do it, because I've failed miserably time and time again 🙂 These photos turned out beautifully and I love your skirt. Love it! Especially paired with oxblood! I know what you mean about being on everyone else's schedules — it's why I don't have as many fashion posts as I'd like! 🙁 The tripod is a great substitute!
I think the white on white look is very refreshing but I could never actually wear it….I'd spill something on it or trip sit in the park without thinking adn ruin it hahaha

And I should probably invest in a tripod as well because it's such a hassle/struggle to get someone to take photos for outfit posts while I'm at school! These photos look great though…I would never guess 🙂
