Artipoppe vs. Ergobaby 360
As a new mom, one of the most important things to invest in is a good baby carrier. It’s a lifesaver when you need to keep your little one close while still being able to go about your daily activities. Today, I’m reviewing two popular baby carriers that I personally used with my son Bear: the Artipoppe and the Ergo Baby 360.
Artipoppe:
Pros:
1. Fashion-forward design: The Artipoppe carrier is not only functional, but it’s also a fashion statement. The beautiful patterns and colors make this carrier stand out from the rest.
2. Comfortable for both mom and baby: The Artipoppe carrier is made with high-quality materials that are soft and breathable, making it comfortable for both mom and baby.
3. Compact: The Artipoppe carrier folds up very nicely and can easily be stored in a diaper bag.
4.Easy to Wear: My son LOVED baby wearing, so we used this carrier daily and most of the time I was putting it on without assistance. I never needed help getting on or adjusting the Artipopp, which was a saving grace for me personally.
Cons:
1. Price: The Artipoppe carrier is definitely a splurge item, with prices ranging from $400-$1,000. This may not be a feasible option for every mom.
Ergo Baby 360:
Pros:
1. Comfortable for both mom and baby: The Ergo Baby 360 carrier is made with soft, breathable materials that are comfortable for both mom and baby.
2. Affordable: The Ergo Baby 360 is priced at a more affordable range, with prices starting at around $120.
3.Our model of the Ergobaby came with a zipper pouch which was nice for carrying an extra pacifier, my phone, house keys etc.
Cons:
1. Limited design options: While the Ergo Baby 360 comes in a variety of colors, the design options are more basic compared to the Artipoppe carrier.
2. Can be bulky: The Ergo Baby 360 is a bit bulkier than some other baby carriers, which may be uncomfortable for some moms.
3.Hard to Adjust Solo: I had a harder time getting this carrier on by myself, so I found myself reaching for it less than the Artipoppe, especially when I was alone. Christian liked how this one fit a lot more, so it really became his carrier.
So, which one is the better option? It really depends on your personal preferences and budget. If you’re looking for a fashion-forward option and don’t mind splurging a bit, the Artipoppe carrier may be for you. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable option with storage pockets, the Ergo Baby 360 is a great choice.
Overall, both the Artipoppe and the Ergo Baby 360 are great baby carriers, but if I probably choose one it would be the Artipoppe because of its ease of use. Ultimately we had that one adjusted for me, and the Ergo Baby adjusted to fit my husband and having two separate carriers worked out great for us. It’s important to find a carrier that works for you and your little one, so don’t be afraid to try a few different options before making a decision. Happy babywearing!
