LFW Look One

I discovered their River Island a few years ago on Asos and have been a big fan ever since, so one of our very first stops in London naturally was to visit their Style Studio (a complimentary one on one styling service – see more info or make an appointment here) to pick out some looks for LFW. Since we were staying in the Covent Garden area, the closest store offering the Style Studio service was the Oxford Circus location (a super quick trip from our hotel via the Central line, exiting the Bond Street Station). Our styling consultant was so sweet and gave us the full tour of the store slash lowdown on all the latest merchandise. Finally getting to shop in person instead of just online was such a treat, and I still can’t get over how HUGE the store was! After pulling what felt like half the store, I headed back to the dressing room and fell in love with this body-con sweater dress the second I put it on. Fitted dresses like this can be tricky, but the angles that lines hit on my body made it super flattering and forgiving.
