More and more I’ve been trying to integrate natural skincare into my everyday routine which is why I’m such a big fan of Susanne Kaufmann. Finding products that help with acne that aren’t choked full of chemicals is no easy feat. This serum uses an herbal complex of ribwort, masterwort and lime blossom. These alpine cosmeceuticals are known for their antibacterial, healing and soothing effect. Mahonia extract clarifies the appearance of the skin. Fermented white lupine has an antioxidant effects and fights free radicals. The concentrate fights skin impurities without drying it out. If you are a sufferer of adult acne, I highly recommend trying this one out!

2. SUSANNE KAUFMANN natural deodorant

Finding a natural deodorant that doesn’t leave me stinking to high heaven a few hours later has been quite the task. I’ve been using this one for the last month or so and have gotten the best results so far! And the best part is it is free of aluminum salts and all artificial preservatives and colorants! An active mineral substance neutralizes odor-forming bacteria without closing the pores. Linden blossom extract is known for its skin-friendly and calming properties.

3. ST TROPEZ gradual tan plus luminous face veil

Given that I was going to new york to shop for wedding dresses, I wanted to make sure that I had subtle tan so I wasn’t completely washed out. I love this face tanner because it gradually builds, and isn’t streaky or orange. Pro-tip: Don’t get freaked out if it looks like its going on super dark, it will blend out. And don’t forget to wash your hands after!

Going from a warm to cold climate is always murder on my skin, so I always make sure to have a super nourishing serum on hand. This on from Royal Fern, has an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory effect, protects against the results of environmental influences (aka NYC pollution), regenerates, inhibits the reduction of collagen and elastin by matrix metalloproteinases, stimulates the production of new collagen in the fibroblasts, inhibits pigment formation (like the red spot on my nose, I need to have lasered).

5. RENEE ROULEAU anti bump solution

I have been dealing with cystic acne since high school. I’m one of the lucky few to have cysts occur any time I eat dairy and at that special time of the month. This serum is the ONLY solution I’ve ever found for cystic acne. It literally cuts the healing time in half. Before I would have these awful painful bumps on my chin for weeks. To effectively use Anti Bump Solution to reduce the appearance of cystic acne and blemishes: apply one drop to clean skin as soon as cyst becomes visible. When used in the morning or evening, first perform your regular routine. Next, take a damp tissue or q-tip and wipe the affected area clean before applying.
