Space was n’t really an issue o n this trip, but I still tried to be strategic with my packing and pick pieces that could easily mix and match or transition day to night. This Charming Charlie striped cardigan (which I think bears a striking resemblance to Missoni but for way less $$) went great with this Cooper and Ella black ruffle dress (it also matches the watermelon version I brought along), but it also worked with a silk cami and shorts.
I don’t love bringing along a ton of jewelry on vacations because I’m honestly just afraid I’ll lose it. I usually stick to my everyday rings (here & here), a bangle or two, a versatile pair of earrings, and a couple of statement necklaces like this one from BaubleBar for outfits that need to be jazzed up a bit.
One of my favorite parts about this dress is that the back is a little longer than the front. The extra length ensured that I never felt like I was going to be over exposed, which with my long torso is a very real fear.
Stay tuned later today for Part II of my Pergamum Post in the meantime you can check out the rest of the posts from this trip here.
