New Year, New You: Clean Program Giveaway
Since moving to Miami, I have been traveling non stop and not taken the time to make sure I’m eating healthily. One of my big goals for 2018 is to take better care of myself and in the process hopefully lose a little weight. I’ve heard great things about the Clean Program (all of their products are hypoallergenic and vegan friendly aka no dairy, gluten, soy, GMO, or nuts), so I decided to give it a try. It’s pretty straight forward, which is perfect for me. I can get overwhelmed if a diet is too overly complicated. If there is crazy prepwork and intricate calorie math involved, I’m out.
Here is the basic daily breakdown of the Clean Program Meal Plan:
Breakfast: Shake + Supplements + Probiotic
Lunch: Clean Diet Meal + Supplements
Dinner: Shake + Supplements
Super simple right? There are tons of great recipes for the shakes as well as lunch on the website which is super helpful. My personal favorite is the açaí bowl with and Chia seeds. It’s extremely filling. Also you can get the shake powder in individual packets which are very convenient for traveling.
